easy access to parks and top attractions made my trip enjoyable

I had a fantastic time with friendly staff and great accommodations in November, and enjoyed the easy walk to Collins Park and the Museum of Ice Cream just a short stroll away from the hotel, making it the perfect spot for a weekend city exploration.

Wonderful and fairly clean accommodation with marvellous and beautiful location next to the night life on Collins Ave, and the Starbucks on the lower level. Thanks to the pretty friendly staff everything was good, including variety ofgreat food.

liked our rooms with new modern bathrooms. the breakfast was well priced and very tasty and the parking was on site.

A spacious room with great sunlight. The rooftop pool had a fantastic atmosphere, and access to the beach with reserved chairs was a major plus. Unfortunately, some maintenance issues were evident, such as a cracked handheld shower head that squirted water unpredictably. Housekeeping was prompt in addressing concerns, but attention to detail is necessary for the hotel to reach its full potential.

I enjoyed relaxing by the nice pool and took advantage of the free yoga classes . The hotel had great amenities, including comfortable sun loungers and easy access to the nearby beach for a day of fun in the sun. While the bathroom could use a bit more storage space, it didn't take away from the overall fantastic experience 🌞

Comfortable stay with friendly staff

The rooftop pool offered a fine view and relaxing ambiance. Staff were cute, especially with our kids. Bring hangers for clothing storage, as space is limited. Don't miss the delicious Cuban coffee at check-in!

Solo traveler Lovely experience

The customer service from the staff is the best I've experienced from a hotel in Miami, . They really look after you like family, important when you're away from home. I got to chatting with the valet who offered some great local tips about Miami nightlife.

During my three-night stay, I enjoyed the bike rentals and the peaceful terrace. Although I faced some unexpected extra fees, the location across from the beach was ideal. A good stay!

The room felt cramped without adequate storage, as it lacked dressers or substantial counter space, which can be bothersome on longer stays. The bathroom had minimal shelving and hooks, difficult to manage toiletries, especially in a room booked for four people. The bed and pillows were too soft for my liking, and noisy hallways occasionally disrupted sleep at night. Housekeeping missed replenishing coffee and cups a couple of times.

Nice hotel with amenities like free wi-fi, a fitness center, and a rooftop pool. The staff even returned my forgotten earpods, showing their care. Highly recommend for a comfortable stay! I'm definitely coming back for a city break.

The location is excellent, just steps from the beach and surrounded by great dining options. I appreciated the amenities like the free bike rentals and complimentary yoga class, which added a nice touch to my stay. The staff was fantastic. They really made an effort to ensure everything went smoothly, especially Maya, who provided great dining suggestions. I did notice the breakfast could use some improvement, as it felt quite underwhelming compared to what I expected.
